SMART THERMOSTAT INSTALATION QUESTIONS
GREETING: “We will be happy to send one of our Crew Members out to your home to install your SMART THERMOSTAT. But first I need to ask a couple of quesitons to determine what tools and parts that will be needed!”
Question 1: “Before you start this process of install a Smart Thermostat! Did you have a Thermostat on the wall?”
IF The Customer Says that "YES they did have a Thermostat on the wall" in their House! Then Reply with this!
OK! That is great. Let me ask you another Question.
IF The Customer Says that "NO they did NOT have a Thermostat on the wall " in their House! Then Reply with this!
A functioning thermostat IS REQUIRED in order for Support Crew to install a smart thermostat.
We will be happy to send one of our Crew Members to see if there is any way for us to do an install BUT WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE that your HVAC system will work with the smart Thermostat that you have chosen.
Question 2: “Have you OR anyone else tried to install the Smart Thermostat?
If the customer say " Yes someone has tried to install the Smart Thermostat!". Then say this!
Does that mean that it is not working correctly? If so, then we will need to install a part and some wireing.
Total Cost for the labor and part is $199. and that included the shipping of the part.
Would you like for me to setup a workorder for one of our Crew Members to come out and install all the Parts and wireing for you?
