What is included in the Diagnostic Service?

Smart Thermostat Diagnostic:

Service is applicable to Smart Thermostats

Includes troubleshooting the device, including wiring, power, internet connectivity, and app configuration

Resolve minor issues if possible or recommend next steps for larger HVAC repairs

The product must be purchased & installed separately

Does not include HVAC repairs or replacements

 

Smart Doorbell Diagnostic:

Service is applicable to Smart/video Doorbells

Includes troubleshooting the device, including power, chime functionality, internet connectivity, audio/video, and app configuration

Resolve minor issues if possible or recommend next steps for larger electrical or doorbell system repairs

The product must be purchased & installed separately

Does not include running new doorbell wiring or repairing existing wiring

 

Smart Camera Diagnostic:

Service is applicable to Smart cameras and their accessories

Includes troubleshooting the device, including power, wifi connectivity, audio/video, and app configuration

Resolve minor issues if possible or recommend next steps for larger electrical repairs

The product must be purchased & installed separately

 

Lock Smart Door Lock Diagnostic:

Service is applicable to Smart lock and accessories

Includes troubleshooting the device, including power, wifi connectivity, locking and unlocking, and app configuration

Resolve minor issues if possible or recommend next steps for larger door or frame modifications

The product must be purchased & installed separately

 

Security System Diagnostic:

Service is applicable to Security Alarm System and their accessories 

Includes troubleshooting the security system (base station, keypad and associated sensors), including power, wifi connectivity, and app configuration

Resolve minor issues if possible or recommend next steps for larger system repairs

The product must be purchased & installed separately

 

What is NOT included in the Diagnostic Service?

Smart Thermostat Diagnostic:

Does not include replacement thermostat and/or parts

Does not include HVAC repairs or replacements

Does not include diagnostic services for a different device than the selected Smart Thermostat

 

Smart Doorbell Diagnostic:

Does not include replacement doorbell and/or parts

Does not include running new doorbell wiring

Does not include repairing existing wiring

Does not include diagnostic services for a different device than the selected Smart Doorbell

 

Smart Camera Diagnostic:

Does not include electrical modifications, such as outlet relocation or camera hardwiring

Does not include ethernet wire pulling or cable modification

 

Smart Door Lock Diagnostic:

Does not include door handle installation or repairs

 

Secure Alarm System Diagnostic:

Does not include diagnostic of security cameras or life safety devices such as smoke and CO alarms

Does not include repair of faulty wired sensors

What happens if appointment goes longer than 1 hour?

Your Crew Member will discuss if additional time and repairs are needed after troubleshooting. Fees apply for each additional hour of service.
