What is the Crew?
At the Crew, we pride ourselves in helping you achieve the smart home of your dreams. We are the only nationwide network of trained, trusted and insured in-home technicians. We offer professional, hassle-free installation plus product mastery via face-to-face instruction on all your smart home devices.
How do I schedule a service?
First, add the appropriate installation service(s) to your shopping cart. Next, select your preferred day and time of appointment based on current availability, which may include next-day or sometimes even same-day appointments.
When will my technician arrive?
Prior to your scheduled service appointment, the Crew will contact you: (i) the day before your service appointment and (ii) one hour before the estimated arrival time of your technician.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Once your order is placed, you may only make service changes, service appointment changes or cancellations by phone at 888-282-5841.
For service cancellations or to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment prior to the Crew’s arrival or if no adult is present at the service location, you may be charged a $35 “Failed Service Appointment Fee” to the payment information on file.
Is the Crew available in my area?
the Crew is available nationwide, covering just about every U.S. zip code, We cover about 97% of the population. We have Zip Code test all over www.SupportCrew.us that you can enter your Zip code to see if the Crew Services that area.
What are your hours?
the Crew offers in-home service appointments six days a week, Monday thru Saturday. (We fell that is is important to give our Crew Members one day a week off) from 8:00am-6:00pm daily, except during national holidays. the Crew also offers support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is my service guaranteed?
We provide a 60-day workmanship warranty on all service(s) following the installation date. In the event you (i) notify the Crew of a defect in workmanship of services within 60 days of the installation date and (ii) we confirm the existence of such defect of workmanship, we will correct such defect.
This service warranty: (a) does not apply to any defects resulting, in whole or in part, from your or third-party acts or omissions (including, without limitation, abuse or misuse of the products or devices); (b) does not apply to any products or devices (including, without limitation, any defects in the products or devices); and (c) is non-transferable.
Can I make changes to my appointment?

How skilled are your technicians?
The Crew is ranked #1 in customer satisfaction. Our Crew Members are smart home experts, having received extensive product and installation training. Plus, all in-home technicians must pass a thorough background check which includes driving records and drug screen.

Can I arrange additional services with my technician?
Yes, your the Crew Member can quote additional services during your appointment, which typically can be completed during the same visit, time allowing.
Can I book the same Crew Member for future visits?
We can accommodate some requests, but please note some of our techs are experts in different areas. As such, we want to ensure we send the right tech for the service requested.
How do you price your services?
The Crew services are based on a fixed price. If additional work is required outside the scope of “What’s Included” in the service, the technician can assess the work and quote the additional cost, as applicable.

How am I billed for service?
the Crew will charge your preferred payment method on file when you click “Place Order.” If you request and approve additional services during your appointment, your the Crew technician will take payment at that time.
