Smart/Video Doorbell Instalation Questions

Greeting: “We will be happy to send one of our Crew Members out to your home to install your Video Doorbell. But first I need to ask a couple of questions to determine what tools and parts that will be needed!”

 

 

Question 1: Did you home have a Old Style Doorbell  next to the door?  Before you thought of install a video Doorbell?

IF The Customer Says that "YES they do have a Old style Push Button Doorbell" in their House! Then Reply with this!

“OK! That is great. Please, Let me ask you another Question.”

– – Next Question – – 

IF The Customer Says that " NO they do not / did not have an old pushbutton Doorbell" in their Home. Then Reply with this!

“That means that we will need to install all the wiring needed plus a small part. Total Cost is $199. and that included the part and shipping of the part. Would you like for me to setup a workorder for one of our Crew Member to come out and install all the Parts and wireing for you?”

Question 2:  “Have you or anyone else tried to install the video Doorbell?”

If the customer say " Yes someone has tried to install the Doorbell". Then say this!

“Does that mean that it is not working correctly?”

IF THE CUSTOMER SAYS “YES” THEN SAY:  “Then we will need to install a part and some wireing.

Total Cost for the labor and part is $199. and that included the shipping of the part.

Would you like for me to setup a workorder for one of our Crew Members to come out and install all the Parts and wireing for you?”

If the Customer says " No no one has tried to install the video doorbell! They reply with this!

“That is great. Let me setup a work order for one of our Crew Members to come out and install your Video Doorbell.”
